No need to take it to the landfill....bring your used household batteries, used ink cartridges and your used Compact Fluorescent bulbs to the RM office to be recycled.
Please make sure that the CFL's are placed in a plastic bag in case of breakage.
The RM has also partnered with Call2Recyle to recycle your cellphones and cellphone batteries regardless of size or age.
We will also take batteries under 5kg.

Lithium Ion (Li-Ion)
Nickel Zinc (Ni-Zi)
Small Sealed Lead Acid (SSLA/Pb)
Lithium Primary
